Lakers legend Elgin Baylor dead at 86

Hall of Famer, Elgin Baylor passed away naturally on Monday. Baylor passed away peacefully next to his wife and daughter. The basketball legend played for the Lakers for 14 seasons and participated in eight NBA finals leaving Baylor a big fan base.

Creighton headed to Sweet 16 for the first time since 1974 after beating Ohio in men’s NCAA Tournament

Creighton beat 13 seed Ohio by 14 points to grant them a spot in the sweet 16 round of March Madness. In previous years, Creighton would often lose to higher seeded teams. However their last opponent, Ohio, defeated Virginia allowing Creighton not to go head to head to a higher seed opponent until their next game in the sweet 16 of the tournament.
